Q. I am restoring an old couch that I inherited. The style is called the "Victoria," and it is from the 1930s or 1940s. I would like an image of this couch if possible so that I can make appropriate style and fabric choices.
A. We found your couch in the spring 1934 Chicago edition catalog, on page 529. In the catalog, it is shown with a floral print fabric; unfortunately, the page is not in color, but the description provides some clues as to the colors it came in.
