Q. I am trying to find information about a Craftsman planer/jointer I recently purchased at a garage sale. The model number is 103.20680. I believe it dates from the 1970s. Can you tell me when it was made and if parts are still available? The original motor still runs perfectly.
A. We believe we found the planer/jointer you described on page 124 of the 1976-77 Craftsman Hardware and Power Tools catalog. This catalog features a planer/jointer with a similar catalog number, 9 GT 2068N. It was offered with a motor and stand ($319.95), with a motor only ($289.95), or without a motor ($269.95). For information about parts, please contact Sears Parts Direct.
