Q. We have a Kenmore “Country Kitchen” stove that dates from the late 1950s or early 1960s. It is a replica of a wood-burning stove. We need to order some parts for it but cannot find the model number in the usual places. Can you help in determining a model number?
A. Because Sears used a different numbering system than the original manufacturer we do not have a database of model numbers. We did not find a stove advertised as “Country Kitchen”; however, we did find a stove similar to yours on page 965 of the fall 1955 Chicago edition catalog.
